St. Martin Montessori School was established in 1990 by parents whose children had received Montessori education from a Montessori School in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila. These parents wish to share the same kind of Montessori education to the young children of Angono, Rizal and the neighboring towns of Taytay, Cainta, Binangonan, and even as far as Cardona and Morong.

Initially, the School was set up as a single proprietorship outfit. As the enrollment grew, in March of 1991, it ws formally changed to a non-profit educational corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission..

The pre-elementary (Casa) classes admitted children between the ages of 3 to 6. Likewise, the Elementary Programs, which started in 1991, provided a Montessori environment for children ages 6 to 13. The High School Department accepted students whose selection was based primarily on their good scholastic standing, upright conduct and gracious character.

The classrooms are equipped with various and assorted Montessori materials many of which have been designed by and imported from Nienhuis Montessori of USA. Our teachers are trained to handle these Montessori materials and to pursue the Montessori teaching method.

Our Montessori curricula comply with and even exceed the State curricula prescribed by the Department of Education.
